How about the Bulls Head Pub in Meridian? The service is typically very good, as is the food from the restaurant located below. Watch out for the pint glasses that occasionally have an aftertaste of detergent...something they've been working on.

well and it is in "meridian" and this is "boise" happy hours....but you never know....
